I don't think there would be anything I say regarding this piece that would make sense unless you've seen the show this is paying tribute to. But the best way I can sum it up would be "dealing with the same problems forty years later."

I'm a massive fan of John Oliver and his show "Last Week Tonight." This piece is in reference to one of his episodes, where he brought up Red Lobster, mangos, Modi, and "opposite snakes." If you know, you know.

This drawing of Captain America was actually done for a class in figure drawing. But I put too much time and effort in both the physical version and the digitized one, so, I figured I'd put this in here. Plus, Captain America is an overall great guy.

This drawing was also for that figure drawing class, but unlike the previous one, Subaru Natsuki is a character I absolutely adore. For those who want the basics, think "Edge of Tomorrow" mixed with high fantasy, and that's what Subaru deals with.

Interestingly enough, I didn't draw this in any Adobe program, this one was actually done on the "Sketches" app. But as for what it's paying homage to, look up "The Dungeon Crawlers" on either FanFiction.net or ArchiveofOurOwn, and start reading.

Alright, remember that "Edge of Tomorrow" reference I did a bit back? Well, it was referring to the show "Re:Zero" which recently finished its third season. So, I drew this with characters scheduled to debut in season four.

If you've ever been around the "My Hero Academia" fandom, you'll know that the fans tend to post a lot of art... and memes. I decided to do both, using an old format. Oh, and if you find the secret text in the picture, good on you!

Admiral Ackbar is one of my most favorite characters from the "Star Wars" franchise. So, I drew this quick sketch last year for May 4th. It may not be much, but I still think it's better than what happened to him in the new canon.
